  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • During peak seasons or special events, processing times may be extended. We’ll notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and item weight.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)

  • Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL (depending on destination and method selected)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We are not liable for delays due to customs processing in your country.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • For lost packages, contact us if tracking shows no movement within 7 business days for domestic or 14 days for international orders.
