2. Physical Merchandise (Non-Bullion)
Returns Accepted:
We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise (e.g., apparel, collectibles) within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Item must be in original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
3. Bullion Sales
All bullion sales are final.
Due to the market-sensitive nature of Bullion pricing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on poured silver or other bullion products unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect.
If there is a problem with your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
4. Tickets & Event Bookings
Tickets are non-refundable.
All ticket sales for museum entry, events, or workshops are final. However:

You may request to reschedule your ticket or transfer it to another person at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.

We reserve the right to make exceptions for cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
5. Digital Products
If you sell digital items (e.g., ebooks, memberships, or downloadable content):
No refunds are issued for digital products once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we’ll work to resolve them.
6. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product or offer store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
